Getting into the subconscious.

The mind is a powerful stuff.  If you chew food while eating, count while chewing or try to chew 50 times for instance, you will notice food will slowly go down your gut before reaching the count of 50. For some it maybe after 10 chews or maybe more depending on the habitual eating pattern stored in the mind.  This is just to say that how the mind is in control of everything that happens to us.
